The Union of Women Engineers (MiGiGOB) today proudly marked and celebrated 23 June – International Women in Engineering Day, a global occasion dedicated to recognizing the achievements and contributions of women in the engineering profession.
This year’s gathering took the form of an engaging “coffee chat”, creating a relaxed and open space where women engineers shared personal stories about their professional journeys. Participants reflected on how they first chose engineering, the challenges they faced along the way, and the determination that carried them through their academic and career paths.
